看了一下你的xpe，经检查发现问题可能是profiles目录定义的问题。正在改我的注册表。0x2,"Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList","ProfilesDirectory","%temp%\@ProfilesDir@"
估计就是这个的问题。发现我的xpe中没有%temp%，我再试试。Thanks.

我觉得你用bart的PE builder制作出来的东西不应该叫“WinPE”，bart在他的主页上已经说的很明白了。

费了老大劲检查每个plugins终于搞定了。我用的xpe和bartpe都是最新版的，还用了一个叫nu2xpe的插件（nu2menu的菜单转到xpe菜单中）。基本修改情况如下：
1、改nu2menu插件下的nu2xpe.inf文件。

2、修改xpe插件目录中xpe-defaults.inf文件，将

我是直接修改的xpe-defaults.inf,没有采用nu2xpe的插件.
修改了

是复制到a目录,这个a目录是你在前面定义过的,而6是参数,一般可以用1,2至于6就没见过了.
乱码的问题可以换一个中文插件试试.可能是缺少字体.

不知道inf怎么不能用,详细说说情况.
中文字体是由于你的Total commander所用的字体在PE的注册表中没有注册,修改了就好了,原来我的winamp也有这个问题.
