Vitual PC怎么无法加载3G大小的启动盘？如何解决，谢谢

我把win2000、xp、2003各种中英文版全加在一起制作N合一启动DVD盘，ISO文件大小为3.1G，用Virtual PC加载ISO文件提示：“This file Does not appear to a CD image”“CD Image files must be greater than 2MB and a multiple of 2K in size”。然后Virtual PC无法启动。
请问： Virtual PC不支持DVD启动？这种情况我该如何试验ISO文件？
     不知道VMWare是否可以？
